3. Absolute Limitation of Liability (Vehicle / Bike / Cycle Damage)

  • Zero Responsibility for Physical Damage: Under no circumstances shall CoolCBC, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any physical damage, mechanical failure, paint damage, cosmetic harm, fire, theft, loss of personal belongings, or accidents involving any vehicle, motorbike, bicycle, or other property.
  • Third-Party Services: Any engagement, service booking, maintenance, or transaction entered into with a garage, workshop, technician, or third-party service provider discovered through this Platform is strictly between the customer and that third party. CoolCBC is not a guarantor of third-party workmanship, quality, or safety.
  • Product Application: While we provide instructions and recommended practices for vehicle care products, users assume full responsibility for pre-testing and applying any product in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

4. Exclusion of Unlisted Warranties & Scope of Liability

  • Strict "As Is" Basis: The Website, its content, and any recommendations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Source of Ratings & Reviews: All ratings, review aggregations, and feedback displayed for garages, workshops, and repair centers are retrieved from public third-party sources (including Google Reviews, public directory scores, and platform user inputs).
  • No Right of Objection: Because these ratings reflect public reviews and open-source data aggregated for consumer convenience, listed garages, workshops, and business owners cannot object, raise disputes, or demand compensation or alterations regarding displayed public ratings.
  • Neutrality: CoolCBC does not modify, fabricate, endorse, or censor authentic public reviews unless required by law or judicial directive.

6. User Conduct & Accuracy

Users agree not to:

  • Use coolcbc.com for unlawful purposes or to post defamatory, false, or abusive material.
